Public Records
The Accounts Dept./City Clerk's Office is responsible for public records and other information, including all resolutions and ordinances that are adopted by the City Council. Public records and other information can be requested from the City Clerk's Office by submitting a Freedom of Information Request.  The fee for obtaining a FOIL request is $.25 per page. 

Historical information that is not available from the City Clerk's Office can be obtained from the New York State Vital Statistics at (518) 486-7526.
