CITY OF MECHANICVILLE
PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM GUIDE

The City of Mechanicville operates public transit bus service on four "loops", or routes, as shown above.  This service is open to everyone at a fare of 50 cents.  Senior Citizens who live in Mechanicville need not pay a fare; if they live in Hemstreet Park their fare is 25 cents.

The schedule for each loop is provided by the following links:

WELCOME ABOARD!!
The bus will stop for a rider whenever it is safe to stop. But please, if you can, get on or off at a street corner. When the bus approaches, signal to give the driver time for a smooth stop. Being ready to step right aboard will help keep service on schedule.
Please remain seated until the bus has stopped. Parents should not let their children walk around in the aisle or stand on seats. Smoking is not allowed on the bus (in violation of State Law) and please refrain from eating or drinking while on board.
