A special meeting of the Mechanicville City Council was held at City Hall, 36 North Main Street, Mechanicville, NY, on Friday, April 23, 2010.  Mayor Sylvester opened the meeting at 10:30 a.m.

            Mayor Sylvester explained that the purpose of the meeting is to present a resolution to submit an application for a CDBG Grant.  The application has to be sent in today so that is the reason for the special meeting.
