Property Taxes/County Sewer Bills:
Bills are mailed on approximately 1 March and payment is due by 15 March to avoid a late fee.
School Taxes:
Bills are mailed approximately 1 September, by the School, and payment is due by 30 September to avoid a late fee. School taxes are currently paid at the TD Banknorth or by mail up to 1 November. After this date payment is made to the Accounts Office in City Hall.
* Sewer Bills
Bills are mailed on approximately 31 March and payment is due by 31 May to avoid a late fee.
Water bills:
There are two billing cycles for water.
* Winter cycle bills are mailed on approximately 31 March and payment due by 31 May to avoid a late fee.
Summer cycle bills are mailed on approximately 30 September and payment is due by 31 October to avoid a late fee.
* Winter water bills and city sewer bills are now combined on one bill. Both bills are now due on 31 May with no late fee. No partial payments will be accepted
